The Jerky Girls ignited from Beth’s love for breweries, passion for food and Suzie’s love of jerky! Beth was experimenting making jerky in the Little Chief smoker and after an evening spent at Backcountry Brewing got her “creative juices” flowing deciding to add beer as the primary ingredient to the jerky marinade. We loved how the beer flavour infused into jerky and soon realized we were onto something. As the craft beer industry explodes, we are excited to offer our uniquely crafted jerky as a compliment to your menu or as a take-away for your customers.
