I offer comprehensive trauma-informed mind-body therapy to help build resilience to life’s challenges and support your recovery journey. The impact of trauma and chronic stress can take us away from the connection to ourselves and others; I believe the foundation of meaningful change starts at the intersection of body and mind and working with the nervous system to bridge the connection.

I work 1:1 with clients and groups who are experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression, breathing difficulties, chronic pain and grief. Through individualized practice, we will develop empowering body-based tools to shine a light on your path to meaningful change.


Along with working with clients 1:1, I am a co-facilitator of a pain education and support group for folks living with chronic pain and substance use through Pain BC and teach resiliency and trauma recovery group movement classes for public safety personnel with the Squamish Firefighters Association and Boreal Wellness.
