Heather Adamson has been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Squamish since 1995, earning her the distinction of being the longest serving local massage therapist. She graduated as valedictorian from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.

Registered massage therapy is the assessment of the body’s soft tissues and joints, and the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain, and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints. Massage Therapy is an effective approach to pain management and rehabilitation. It can provide relief from a wide range of conditions such as headaches, sprains and strains, tendonitis, arthritis, osteoporosis fibromyalgia, sports injuries, as well as many other conditions that have a musculoskeletal component.
