Peer to Peer Mentoring
Community Based Mentorship for Women Business Owners
Build your community, grow your business.
The Squamish Chamber of Commerce is delighted to partner with WeBC to bring their award-winning Peer Mentorship Program to Squamish!
As part of a Peer Mentoring Group, you’ll connect with an experienced local entrepreneur and facilitator who’s been there, gets the grind and shares her knowledge so you don’t have to learn the hard way. With a group of fellow entrepreneurs supporting you, you’ll gain the clarity to focus on what really matters and feel more confident making decisions for the future.

Past Lunch & Learn Events
From Hire to Farewell with Race & Co
Kelly Fortune of Race & Co. provided an insightful overview of employer rights and responsibilities in Squamish. She guided us through key employment standards and shared best practices to help ensure legal compliance—while also supporting ethical and effective workplace management.
Residential Rezoning with Bluewater Concepts
In this Lunch & Learn, Bluewater explored Bill 44, the Province of B.C.’s legislative push to increase housing supply and improve affordability. With many urban areas historically zoned for single-family homes, this bill marks a significant shift—opening the door for more diverse housing options like townhomes, triplexes, four-plexes, and six-plexes. They discussed how these changes to residential zoning are designed to support “missing middle” housing and what this could mean for the future character and development of Squamish neighbourhoods.
