We specialize in producing well designed buildings, renovations and additions with an unwavering focus on quality and efficiency. Being one of the only certified Passive House Consultants in the Sea to Sky, Mike truly understands building envelopes and how important they are to producing an efficient building. Designing and building with efficiency not only in the building itself but in the process that it comes together is what sets us apart.
We are able to take your ideas and concepts and produce plans, ensuring we are designing something together that fits your needs and budget. Creating the architectural and engineering plans required for obtaining a permit and then building from those plans ourselves creates a seamless construction process that is truly unique.
