The Squamish Welcome Centre is a community space in downtown Squamish that serves as a bridge connecting people from all walks of life. The SWC is run a by a team of volunteers and staff who want there to be a place in town where everyone is welcome - a space to learn, make connections, and empower oneself through shared learning.
At the Squamish Welcome Centre, you'll find programs such as the Squamish Community Bookstore & Computer Lab, the MiWOW Support Program for Temporary Foreign Workers, the Digital Divide Project with its computer classes and tech support, and much more!

The Squamish Welcome Centre is a nonprofit initiative of Squamish Volunteer Centre Society, a registered charity with a volunteer Board of Directors operating in the traditional, unceeded territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw.
