They aim to expertly guide their clients through all stages of consultation, budget, design and construction of their dream homes or renovations.
Led by Adam Smith, a Passive House and Net Zero Homes Certified General Contractor, Blueline Contracting successfully delivered one of the first certified LEED Gold Homes in the Sea to Sky region. Starting in the construction industry at the age of 14, working his way up to carpenter and eventually general contractor, he brings a hands-on approach to building and project management, while keeping with the company mission of collaboration.
