Dec 2-8 marks BC Buy Local Week. The Squamish Chamber of Commerce has partnered with LOCO BC to promote and celebrate local businesses.
When you choose to buy from a local business you are helping to support our community, create jobs and enhance prosperity by circulating dollars between businesses and residents.
By shifting 1% of your spending to local businesses and products, you can contribute to creating 3,100 jobs and $94 million in wages to the BC economy. (blog continues below)
