As you are aware, bus drivers in the Sea to Sky have been on strike since January 29. The Squamish Chamber recognizes the impact of the strike on your business, employees and the wider community. While we are not involved in the bargaining process, we have advocated to encourage negotiations via correspondence in February and March 2022. Collectively, we can use our voices to continue to draw attention to the challenges we are facing, encourage negotiations and the return of reliable public transit.
